In September of 2006 my family and I came to Sydney and began our new life. My first day in Australia was both a happy and a strange experience. At 10 o'clock in the morning, we arrived at Sydney airport. The sun was shinning when we went out. The air was fresh and clean. The sound of the birds and beautiful colours was all around us. I liked them very much. I liked it here.Then my friends took us to their home, which was quite a short drive. By the time we reached there I was able to relax. After lunch we rested for half an hour.
In the afternoon my friends took us to the Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge. It was fantastic,. A lot of people were there. Some people lay down under the trees, some people drank beer in the bar. I felt everybody was very happy. We were there and walked along the cove until night time. In the evening , we ate a lot of delicious seafood and drank some wine for two hours in a restaurant. Finally I felt very tired and we went back home. I got to bed early.
It was a great day. I don't want to forget that.
